Yes — treatments are selected and applied with families and pets in mind, and your technician walks you through any precautions before service begins. Keeping your home safe for the people and animals in it is the entire point of doing this properly.

What is Titan Core Home Protection?

Titan Core Home Protection is our year-round home pest protection plan: $99 to start, then $65/month. It covers common invaders—including ants, common household spiders, roaches, rodents, wasps, and more—with service every two months, six visits per year, and free re-treatments between visits if covered pests return. Brown recluse and black widow spiders are covered under Titan Elite Home Protection, not Core.

Termites

Does Titan Pest Pro do termite inspections and treatment?

Yes — both. We inspect for termite activity and damage, and we treat active infestations. Termite work is one of our core services, not an add-on, and it’s covered by the same local team that handles your pests and wildlife.

Does Titan Pest Pro remove wildlife?

Yes. We remove raccoons, squirrels, bats, snakes, opossums, skunks, moles, birds and more — and we don’t just remove the animal, we find the entry points and seal them so it doesn’t happen again. Many pest companies don’t do wildlife at all; we do, with the same local team.

Jordan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in identifying my pest/rodent concerns and addressing them in a very timely manner. He was very personable and answered every question I had, right down to showing me what the bait looked like in case one of my dogs (who is a digger) happened to retrieve the bait they had done a great job of securing. These guys are awesome!! We had a few mice in our house we bought (it was built in the 50s). They quickly came out, found the access points, and sealed those points of entry. Very reasonably priced and the gentlemen who came out were great! 10/10 recommend.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and very helpful explained everything very thoroughly and completely satisfied with the service that we received. Kris in the office is also very pleasant to talk with and more than accommodating when it came to asking for a specific time for the technician to arrive at the house so overall very pleased and they did a great job and hey, the bugs are staying away.
