What a Free Titan Inspection Actually Includes
Here's what actually happens:
A real local technician arrives at your home, on time, in a marked Titan vehicle. They introduce themselves and explain what they're going to do.
They walk the property with you — inside and out, including the crawlspace, attic access, foundation, eaves, garage, and any outbuildings you want them to look at. The inspection typically takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on the property.
They identify any signs of pest, termite, or wildlife activity, and they explain what they find in plain language. If they don't find anything serious, they'll tell you that too.
They give you a written summary and, if appropriate, a recommendation for what to do next — whether that's a one-time service, an ongoing plan, or simply continuing to watch for specific signs. The recommendation is your decision, not theirs.
