Titan Elite Home Protection makes sense if you are dealing with brown recluse, black widow, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, hornets, carpet beetles or pantry pests. If the issue is wildlife, termites, bed bugs or your yard specifically, those have dedicated plans. The free inspection includes a recommendation — and if you don’t need a plan, we’ll say so.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Our home protection plans run on a 12-month agreement, because that is what funds re-service at no additional charge between scheduled visits. After the initial 12 months the plan renews for another 12-month term at the standard rate.
