After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Jake founded the business in 2018 to bring military discipline, integrity, and thoroughness to home pest control. In 2026 he partnered with a Kansas City wildlife and pest company to form Titan Pest Pro, expanding across Springfield and Kansas City for termites, pests, and wildlife. He continues to own and lead the company, holding every job to the same uncompromised standards he learned in uniform.

A dedicated and results-driven professional with a Degree in Commerce, majoring in Management, and more than a decade of experience across multiple industries, specializing in administrative operations, systems and processes. As General Manager she excels in optimizing processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Her expertise, combined with a passion for operational excellence, enables her to deliver exceptional results and create lasting value.
With over nine years of experience in the BPO industry, she has taken on roles including Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Quality Analyst, and Project Coach. Her passion lies in helping brands build strong, lasting relationships with their customers by consistently delivering exceptional service. She has honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement, earning recognition for her ability to create satisfying customer experiences.
She works closely with executive leadership to drive growth, manage financial forecasting and budgets, and ensure transparent communication through process improvements. She brings a broad, cross-functional perspective with over a decade of operational, construction, marketing, and management experience, alongside a strong background in psychology.

That curiosity carries into his life outside of work too, where he enjoys writing and exploring new technology. He also spends his free time in nature, always seeking out new adventures.

She is dedicated to making every customer interaction professional, responsive, and hassle-free, while helping homeowners find the right pest control solution for their needs.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and brings six years of BPO experience, with a strong background in data management, dispatch operations, and team coordination. Beginning his career as a Data Technician and later serving as a Professional Dispatcher, he has been with the business through its growth into Titan Pest Pro, where he now works as Dispatch Manager, applying his expertise in operations, problem-solving, and team management to drive efficiency and deliver quality results.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Accounting and over 10 years of experience, she brings a strong background in accounting, administrative operations, and virtual dispatching. Her skillset includes financial recordkeeping, data management, and operational support. She focuses on organizing daily workflows, maintaining accurate records, and providing practical support tailored to business needs.
Johnny’s service in the National Guard instilled in him essential qualities like discipline, leadership, and problem-solving under pressure. He translates those military values directly into his civilian career in pest control. Every job gets the same standard: dependable service, clear communication, and high-quality results.
With over two years of pest control experience, Jordan has learned how to handle just about anything that crawls, bites, stings, or makes itself at home where it doesn’t belong. He’s proud to call Kansas City home, and when he’s off the clock you can probably find him enjoying some good KC BBQ. He brings a friendly attitude, a little humor, and a whole lot of determination to every job — no pest is too big, too small, or too stubborn for him to handle.
