- Ants, spiders, mice or wasps in or around the house: Titan Core Home Protection, with a technician visit every two months, inside and out. It runs $99 to $249 for the first visit and $65 to $95 a month by home size; most homes are $99 and $65.
- Mice that keep finding a way in: rodent exclusion seals the gaps they use. It starts at $350 and is quoted separately from your plan, by how many entry points your home has.
- Raccoons, squirrels or bats in the attic: wildlife removal, and every job includes sealing the entry points. Most wildlife exclusion jobs start around $750.
- Bed bugs: $300 a room, flat, with follow-up visits included. We never use heat; we use targeted products.
- Mosquitoes in the yard: Titan Mosquito Defense, one treatment a month from April through October. It runs about $49 to $149 for the first visit and $49 to $69 a month, by lot size.
